Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation fee BEFORE design is completed - No Charge.
- Cancellation fee AFTER design is completed - $20.00.
- Cancellation fee after printing of project - 1/2 of the normal price.
Delivery Service Fees
- Free delivery if location is within 10 miles of our office - Delivery charge OUTSIDE Santa Clara County - $25.00 (Gilroy & Morgan Hill - add an additional $5 to delivery fee)
Design Fees
- Design Consultation (In person/by phone) - Service charge may apply* (First 10 minutes Free/ $65 per hour)*
- High Resolution PDF Copy (For Customer Use) - $25/B&W, $35/Color
- CD Burning - $10.00 for first CD, $5 each additional CD
- Photos ONLY - $20.00 for first photo, $5 per each additional photo
