1. What is the typical turnaround time from start to finish?
Please allow up to 48 hours for the first proof. Once artwork is approved, please allow up to 48 hours for the completed project. If we are mailing/or addressing your project for the post office, please allow additional 3 days.
In most cases, we can complete your project from start to finish within 3-4 days for non-mailing projects. If you require less than 48 hours to complete your project we will try to accommodate your needs, but a $25 dollar rush charge may apply.
2. How will I receive a proof?
All proofs will be sent via fax or email. Unless a hardcopy proof is requested for review for color accuracy. Please note: we must receive hardcopy approval via fax or email for our records. We cannot accept verbal approvals.
3. Can I get a high-res proof/camera ready artwork from you?
Yes, we can relinquish the artwork to you for an additional $35 without the watermark.
4. Why is my color proof different from my final product?
Each digital printer and monitor varies. We cannot guarantee that we will match the color to your specifications. However, we can print a hardcopy proof for you to review before the project is completed---please let us know in advance before approving the project.
5. If I have a change(s)/correction(s) on my artwork can I talk with a designer directly?
Yes, we can have the designer call you when they are working on your project. Typically the first fifteen minutes are free, thereafter $60/hour.
6. What type of files do you accept for camera ready artwork?
PDF file---distilled in CMYK mode at 300dpi, with links and fonts embedded. Please note: We are not responsible for typos, pixilation, resolution, and or color accuracy for camera ready artwork. It is highly recommend for you to receive a hardcopy proof on all camera ready artwork or at a min. an email proof. All other files, please see our
acceptable format page --- additional charges may apply.
7. What is your payment method?
Before all projects are started we need to have your credit card on file. Once the project is completed we can charge it to your credit card on file or accept payment by check. We will not deliver any project until payment is received. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
8. Do you offer custom design?
Yes, we charge $60/hour for design consultation via phone, email, and or in
person. We recommend the client to submit all contents, including any mockup
that you might have before meeting with the designer to cut down your cost.
9. Do you offer copywriting?
No, we do not offer any copywriting services. However, we can recommend one
to you.
10. Do you offer database creation?
REPS does not provide database creation, your title rep will be happy to provide that service to you.
11. What type of database format do you accept?
Excel is the preferred format for your database. Comma tab delimited also are accepted.
